Coming Together for Carter & Jax
Join us for a day of fun, kickball, and showing our support to the Conlin family in memory of Carter's life and courageous battle with brain cancer and as Jax is facing a new neuroblastoma cancer diagnosis. You can show your support by registering a kickball team, contributing donations, purchasing t-shirts, and staying updated on the fundraising event. Tickets are free, but please to be sure to purchase for a head count!
The Conlin's Story
The Conlin Family is comprised of Carter and Ashley Conlin and their two children, three year old Jax and one year old Olivia. Carter was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer in 2018. Despite his courageous battle, Carter passed away on August 10th, 2025. Just recently, Ashley was putting Jax in the bath when she noticed a bump on his belly. Fast forward a few days and Jax has been diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer. Jax and his family are at the start of a long battle and could use all the support they can get. Please consider joining us for a fun day of kickball and donating to show your support during this difficult time.
KickBall Tournament
Register a team for a double elimination kickball tournament, played in a professional softball stadium. Registration fee for each team is $300 and goes directly to the Conlin's as a donation. The lucky winners will receive the registration fee back in full. Teams are entered into the tournament on a first come first serve basis so register now!
